Post Body
Hey!
I recently dropped off some shirts again to Elite Cleaners in Shrewsberry and was thinking to myself if I moved elsewhere I'd have to find another cleaner.
Most of my clothes are thrifted upper end and vintage wool hand-me-downs (a 1960s USN peacoat in particular I get worried would be ruined by dry cleaning as the color ran when it got wet once) that retail from $100 - $800 and I want to make sure they last a few generations.
The criteria I've seen with the safeat cleaners mostly seems to be they use less harsh cleaners, do not reuse them too many times, and handle things in-house.
I'd like to find a cheaper cleaner (as shirts are $9 to be dry cleaned at the place I go to) but not sure what to look for 100%
Best,
John
