Saturday I managed to down a handle after a sober stint and asked the parents for a pint on sunday so I wouldn't cold turkey it. Better safe than sorry even though it may have no been quite enough. It did keep me from hearing shit all night. Still shaky and sweating but I'm optimistic tomorrow will be better. Hope everyone out there is doing all right. I hate this fucking whack addiction like what a fucking curse.
