I am teetering on the edge of really messing up my life

I drink wine. I drank two bottles last night. I drank two bottles the night before that. I drank one bottle the night before that. I had five days sober under my belt and didn't take it seriously.
I am deeply ashamed of who I am right now. Today, I will not drink.
