[x-post] Calling Graeme Edge! Seeking collaborating drummer on a song in the works.
Post Body

This is crossposted from /r/BedroomBands. I'll be honest, I'm struggling to find a drummer who does more than send a short email or two. This song is fairly open ended, should be fun. Also, this is unpaid for fun work. I'm a struggling janitor by daytime, it is what it is.

You'll find two versions. The old demo for a feel of the music. The new in progress recording we'll actually be working with. Drums should enter at 2:25 and continue the rest of the song.

What I'm hoping for is more or less what Graeme Edge of the Moodies does best. But you're free to do a simple version and a let-loose whatever-you-have-in-mind version, and we'll work up whichever seems to work better. Here's Ride My See Saw which is the drum inspiration in my head: https://youtu.be/mIavaAdzNK0.

Right now all I'm asking are some down and dirty demos of what you have in mind played along to the mp3. No need for great production values or polished performances yet. Have fun. Hit me up by message. We can bounce ideas back and forth, and when it's well crafted then we can worry about production values and mic positions and all that fun stuff.

Looking forward to working with people here! I've been sitting on this demo for 15 years and it's about time to make it live.
