Anybody have any experience buying cymbals factory directt from Istanbul

I'll be passing through Turkey in a few months and I just have to go to some cymbal factories. How much do they sell the cymbals for in the factory vs out on the markets? Was the import fee a lot from Turkey to EU? Is there any warranty from them? Agop vs Mehmet vs Bosphorus? Much appreciated.
