E-drums, sampling pad or both?
Post Body

Hey!

I'm thinking about buying some electronic drums, but not as an add-on to my accoustic set (so no hybrid) but more as an secondary set for times I'm not able to use my normal set (late in the evening, holidays). What would you guys suggest?

I do not plan to have a complete secondary kit, it's more for when I'm trying to record a quick idea I might have or to do some very rough drum tracks for some songs of my band. Can anyone relate to this and maybe give me some advice on what to get? Maybe from experience?

Thanks a lot!
