lefty set up?

I have a weird question haha I normally play a right handed kit and I was bored and decided to set it as a lefty and f*k around to practice. It’s been fun and frustrating lol the question is will this in some way be good practice for my left hand/brain/ in general or will it mess me up when I go back to *normal ( I’ve had it set up like this for 3 practice seshs so far)
