So I absolutely love story shows, and shows that do things I haven't seen before. And personally I've never seen a metal performance in DCI and I know. How is that possible? Well heres my idea on how you could pull it off.

So the show starts off really hopeful and romantic between two lovers. The lovers being two colorgaurd. As the show progresses the band is separating them from eachother leading one to take their own life.

The other then travels across the field to find them. And carries them to a resting place while the band plays sad somber music. The other colorgaurd then takes their life.

After this they both get up and the signs have now switched to places that represent hell. And the music now switches into an ominous metal song. And the perfect song for this imo, is A Little Piece of Heaven.

They would play starting at 4:49 seconds of the song. The colorgaurd would be trying to find eachother while two trumpet players will be calling each other with the vocals of the song across the field. The violin part will be played by a piano, vibraphone and marimba. And then the show would end with the two color gaurd being married in the after life. Showing how strong their love truly was.
