What do they mean by "your own exercises"

I'm auditioning for Troopers this Saturday and when I first saw the packet, I was confused as to what they meant by this. Do they want me to make up my own exercises, or do they want me to choose from the many exercises they offered?

They don’t mean make up your own. They want you to use exercises that you feel familiar with from your high school/college line that will still showcase those techniques.
That’s how I read it anyway.
