How to get clean for lab drug test

I have crohns diease and used THC vapes to help ease the cramping, honestly nothings worked better for me. But i plan on going back to my old job which does a lab drug test i have been clean for a week now and i am still failing home drug test. I don’t know the actual date of my drug test but i would assume it will be in early january or the middle of January. Is there anything i can do to have my system cleaned any faster?
