If I smoke once

I can pass a UA right now. Haven't smoked in 52 days. But I'd like to smoke before I turn my diversion paperwork into the DA. If I smoke one blunt approximately how long do you think it would take to pass a UA? I'm not on a time limit. I haven't been indicted yet. I was thinking of turning in my paperwork at the beginning of October.
I weigh 227lbs. Drink around a gallon of water a day. And I'm trying my best to eat right these days.
