19 Male 5’7 145 lbs

On April 11th I found out I'm getting drug tested (urine test) for a job. I'm not sure when I start yet because I'm waiting for HR to get back to me but I started smoking carts/flower start of mid January I would only smoke once a day sometimes didn't smoke for a day or a couple in between but I haven't smoked since April 11th. I've been only drinking a lot of water and doing activities to sweat since I found out I'm getting tested. I've read into niacin wondering if it does actually help you flush out your system? Also I've heard green tea helps as well any other tips to secure my urine being clean in such short notice?
