I just need to survive for the next 3 days and hopefully I won't be hit with a test at all. I must be ready at all times because if it does happen then it can be at any given moment throughout the day on any random day. There's just no way of knowing when I'll get hit IF I get hit at all..., but just in case, I went ahead and took a clean sample from myself this morning (I'm now dirty for meth because I had a weak moment). Sunday I'll finally be clean though. Just gotta make it through Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I have the clean urine in a small container in the refrigerator right now. Based on my receipts from past drug screens (Quest Diagnostics), the urine temperature needs to be between 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit according to the temperature gauge on the cup...

I thought about strapping it under my crotch with snug underwear to keep it the right temperature, but we're talking about a 12hr shift here. That may get uncomfortable after a while and I'm also a crane/forklift operator. So there's a lot of climbing in and out of equipment and room for error with that container falling out of place...I'll do it if I have to though...but I was also wondering, what if I put the urine container in a winter cotton glove and the little pocket on top of the glove, put a hand warmer in it ( the pocket is made specifically for a hand warmer).... Would the hand warmer make the urine too hot? The temperature can't be above 100 degrees....does anyone have experience with keeping urine warm with hand warmers and know that it won't make it too hot? This would seem ideal for me because my thick jacket has a pocket on the inside to conceal the urine inside the glove with hand warmer. When we do the test, we go into a bathroom completely alone so it's easy to take the container out of the pocket
