I used the Black Radiance B.B Cream and it broke me out.

I didnt notice on the first day but, on my third day of wearing it the left side of my face had a patch of bumps and it got worse. The B.B cream (in shade Cafe) had a lot of water for some reason but, I didnt think it was an issue.
Has anyone had this issue before? Any tips to clearing up the broke out?
I have to give several presentations in one of my classes next week and I am freaking out. I've never had this issue before.
