Black lipliner recs for the vampy lip look?

I’m an alt girl and I fucking dig the vampy lip. I usually cop out with my black eyeliner and use it as my black lipliner and blend it into my shade of magenta/red/purple. But I notice it’s hard to control and apply that way.
I don’t use lipliners in general, and I was wondering if any of you ladies got any recs for cheap reliable black lipliner! I want to get better at making a cleaner even look on my lips.
