Anyone else have a problem with this elf setting spray?

I’ve been using this thing for like a month. It does the job of leaving a flattery dewy finish but I notice post 7 hours I have a very patchy weird look on my face by the time I come home. I don’t know if it’s my setting spray, or I’m not priming face right before I apply or if hell if it’s my foundation (I use the Covergirl clean line).
