We partied all weekend and have to return to our professional careers tomorrow. I’m looking for any advice any of you have on easing the comedown and speeding up the recovery. I was sooo jittery last time on Monday at my job that it drew some unwanted attention.
We haven’t smoked since 5 am this morning. We don’t smoke weed or do any type of opioids.
Also, does anybody else toss and turn when they go to sleep following a couple days of ice-skating? I also talk in my sleep and sing all night. I move so much that I sometimes fall off the bed. I have never found anybody else that has that kind of recovery.
