[FO4] Does anyone have Raider Overhaul Rebalanced? It was deleted quietly off nexus a long time ago (like 3 years ago)

It was apparently well known enough for some major mod pages to mention it, in regards to compatibility and whatnot, but there seem to be absolutely no traces of it besides that anymore. SO, anyone have the esp? I presume it is just an esp.
I'm cleaning up RO and am going to include balance changes, but god, having that file would save me hours of work. I already spent 3 hours cleaning the Leveled Lists and merging the "restored content" fixed file after removing AE from it.
