As of right now I’m working with a small team of 6 including myself. I already have 1 person on board and I’m waiting for the four other people who could help me build out this small business venture into something successful so that I could start looking at other business ventures before I turn 18. Although I have no funding as of now, I’ll be working throughout the summer so I’ll have some funding throughout the summer. I’m not looking for business deals or partners yet. I’m looking to fully flesh out my team so that we could prosper together.

Any ideas on what I should first start to build out when I’m creating my store? I want to make it a dropshipping store and a Shopify Agency.
