Do I need a virtual office or PO box to handle mail and communication?

In setting up a business on shopify I'm wondering how I'll handle email and possibly physical mail. I figure email and customer interaction would be handled through shopify and the domain emails, but what about physical mail from shopify or suppliers or any other relevant entities? also what about returns? Do those just go right back to the supplier or do they get sent to me first.
