Something I rarely see spoken about is acquiring cheap nights at properties in bulk and reselling them for profit. Its quite profitable and has high margins. Definitely worth trying out, I've made a good amount doing this in Japan for natives selling to foreigners.
Im building a startup to make this simpler, so let me know what your initial thoughts and questions would be. Or if you have already done this, how did you go?
Travel tech guy who has worked at some of the bigger agencies (anywhere from 500, to 30,000 properties) in the Uk for past 20 years now.
This sounds like an agency model with worse margins and higher risk surely?
