Brand new DJI FPV drone ESC connectivity issue?

So I just received my DJI FPV drone in the mail and after assembling it, I’m not able to fly it. I have everything charged and the firmware is up to date through the DJI FLY app, but whenever I try to start it, the rear 2 motors spin for a second and then stop and I get a message on the goggles that’s says ESC connection issue. Whenever I select it in the goggle settings it just says to contact DJI support. Any ideas on what to do next or if I missed a step setting it up?
