PLZ HELP eachine novice-2 file dump

Hey guys I just recently got my first hobby grade drone, I got it to work fine at first but the next day I went to take it out and the controller settings had completely changed I couldn't enter stability mode without it flipping over every time I tried to take off. The throttle was also very aggressive. The other problem was the fc seemed to not be calibrated anymore, i just need a basic setup and ill figure out the rest. I just wanna fly!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
