So .... I use a Mavic 2 Pro for fishing. The limiting factor is the weight carrying capacity basically needing calm weather too travel with the weight and drag of the line etc.

I'm thinking of a 7" or more likely a 10" build. The dedicated fishing drones are great but so it's their price, out of my reach

Could I build a drone with a similar endurance as the Mavic - about 30 mins, although a battery swap is fine too. A GPS for a good return home and fpv isn't essential but a screen would be ideal. I currently use the DJI Smart Controller.

Ideas, suggested builds, YouTube resources both with positive and negative thoughts are very much appreciated.
