Nachdem swim sein Speed mit Aceton gewaschen hat ist es immer extrem trocken Gibt es ne Möglichkeit das irgendwie „feuchter“ zu machen um die Nase etwas zu schonen?

Lass es. Reines Speed durch großen Halm löst sich (fast) rückstandslos auf.
Einfach danach mit Nasenspray aus der Apotheke spülen und gut ist.
