Kann man von der Substanz etwas über die psychische Konstitution einer Person ableiten?

Klar, ist natürlich verallgemeinert, Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel etc. Trotzdem interessiert mich folgendes: würdet ihr sagen, es gibt spezielle psychische Faktoren, die man als Konsument "mitbringen" muss, um überhaupt eine Sucht zu entwickeln? Wenn ja, wie unterscheiden diese sich von Substanz zu Substanz?
Bsp.: Für die meisten Menschen ohne krankhafte Ängste, sind Benzos komplett langweilig.
