I leave for work at 4:30am & don’t get home until the sun is going down which is earlier in the winter months & I’m surprised at the number of people that don’t turn on their headlights. There’s nothing worse that coming behind someone in the dark or inclement weather without their taillights on, I’ll flash my headlights off & on if I’m behind them or after I pass, some get the message while others brake check you or try to blind you with their high beams. Ironically, some of these people will drive in the rain with their flashers on which is illegal in my area & still not turn on their lights. I blame daytime running lights because people see the dim lights in front of the & think they have everything turned on.
