Which Mirrors and how to do Blindspots on Turns

Hey could anyone help me. I'm fixing to take the drivers test and need help with how and when to check which mirrors and which blind spots. Say hypothetically I was coming down the road and gonna make a right hand turn when asked at a traffic intersection. After i signal Do I check my rearview always first when slowing down then check my right wing mirror then right blind spot since I'm turning right I'm not even sure if you are supposed to check the blind spot when turning somebody help me please and I have another post for another good question.
