You are supposed to speed up to highway speed in a merge lane right? What do you do if there is no room to merge?
There were some cars stopped at the end of the lane the other day when i was getting up to speed. I ended up squeezing past them to merge rather than getting in line and stopping behind them. I thought you are never supposed to do this but i found a video on another subreddit of this exact thing happening and the people wers saying the stopped car was in the right so im confused.
Can you stop at the end of a merge lane if you have no room to merge? If someone else does this do you squeeze past them or stop and wait behind them till they go?
