I am seeing this a lot. Brake then clutch or clutch then brake??

I've been drivingy whole life with clutch then brake but nowadays I am seeing a lot of videos telling brake then clutch is the go to.
People telling faster stopping, better brake condition and stuff, but I've never had any problem stopping on time or in emergencies with clutch then brake.
I don't know if I should change my braking style out of nowhere now ......
