Who could play Murphy in a live action Dresden?

This is probably one of the hardest characters to cast. Even if they were to start shooting right now, the actress would need to be fairly young, would need to be close to 5' nothing, have decent acting chops, and have the potential to be someone that is made of whip cord and steel through learning martial arts.
Debating this the closest we could come up with was Anna Kendrick for her height. Though I don't know if she could do blond or badass properly...
