Soul Gaze Question(spoilers Cold days and up)

I posted this question about two weeks ago about the fae not being able to have a soul gaze. But what about Molly after she becomes the Winter Lady? She was human before, so does that mean no one can soul gaze with her anymore because she doesn't have a soul cause she is fae?
