Since Harry and the formation of the Za-Lord's Guard have given Toot enough respect and power to grow exponentially, over a relatively short period of time, would that growth continue as Harry gets older?
I see it almost like a self-sustaining cycle. The Guard grows, expanding Toot's power, causing Harry to respect him more, for being able to lead them, which leads to more Little Folk being drawn in by his respected status, causing the Guard to grow.
The only reason I wonder about this is because the thought of a 5' tall Toot-Toot doing the bidding of a 150 year old Dresden sounds really friggin' cool to me.
