Any dream pop with deep robust vocalists?

I know this idea might be counter to the point of this genre, so I apologize, but is there like a Scott Walker of Dream Pop? I like a lot of the things that happen in this genre musically, but I don’t always love the vocal style. Always thought a Scott Walker sounding guy could do something cool. The closest I’ve found is not really Dream Pop, but more ambient/art pop; David Sylvian
