Hi, I'm desperately trying to get this to work. I purchased an scart cable from Retro Gaming Cables. I have many other scart systems (SNES, Genesis, Saturn, etc) that do no experience this issue. Has anyone seen this before? I tried searching and found some people taking about a slight offset to the left, this is much more than a slight offset. What I have tried so far? I've tried changing the resolution of the scart to HDMI converter. I've tried changing the resolution on my TV to 4:3. I've tried turning the Dreamcast on and then the tv. All produce the same exact result just at different resolutions.

I'd like to believe it isn't the cable itself as this is a reputable and recommended cable.
