StrikerDC and GDEmu Compatibility

Hi everyone
I'm thinking of buying a strikerDC controller but as both my dreamcast run GDEmu v5.2.0, I just wanted to make sure these controllers would work with a gdemu or are there any known issues I should know about?
Both my systems also have the controller fuse replaced, new rechargeable batteries and one has a noctua fan, in case that makes a difference
