Dabber switch cleaning help

Hi guys, can anyone help by telling me if it’s safe to soak my Switch chamber in 99% isopropyl alcohol? All it is, is build up flower gunk from when I would do flower bowls without the lid a while back. I was thinking, I would pour the iso in there let it soak for an hour and come back and use qtips, a brush, or a rag to scrub it off. Thanks in advance.
