Why is everyone so mean to me?

Caim seems to be pretty angry sure, but the Red Dragon and the preist are pretty quick to bust out the "Have you no remorse?!" lines. Especially regarding the dragon: You're doing most of the killing so let's hop off our high horse. Not to mention all of the slaughter up to this point appears to be pretty necessary considering the Empire is seemingly taking steps that bring the world itself into immediate danger
