DC Ad Nerf, or scaling inconsitency?

Has anyone else's DC reward for watching an ad at the Optical Oracle go down, or is this just a bug with the scaling specifically present at level 119? For reference, I was getting roughly 160mil at 118, but this is only 33mil.

Tbh I think the old amount was fine because there’s just no incentive to watch an ad for 124 mil. 600 mil actually made it worthwhile.
