Hi, I'm currently playing through Dragon Quest 4, and I'll be getting around to distributing my stat seeds soon. However IIRC, in certain Dragon Quest games, piling too many seeds on a character at once can be detrimental to their overall growth, since the game checks to see if their stats are within a certain range at each level up, and starts giving you 0 if they're too strong.
Does Dragon Quest 4 have this annoying feature? And for future reference, which games do this? I seem to recall it being an issue in 3 and 7. It's surprisingly difficult to find clear information on this.
