Lag in dungeon?

I keep experiencing serious lag in the dungeon. I click my mouse (tried both external and internal) and it doesn't register the click till well after I already did it and I end up missing perfect way too much. And I know I've timed it right. Either it will stop right before it or way after it. Also, it seems to go super slow sometimes (the arrow) or incredibly fast. It gets annoying as hell for using dragon fury.
