This year I did six panels at Dragon Con across three tracks, and was a vendor in the vendor hall. I thought it might be interesting for folks to see what it's like for people on that side of the table, and as I am huge on transparency, I did a number of blog posts about it. Rather than just link back to my blog as a whole, here are the individual posts with a brief summary, so you can read what interests you.
My assorted highlights. Little things that didn't rate their own blog post.
About selling and signing books. What sales looked like, what worked, what didn't.
Being an attending 'faux.' Breaking down what it was like to be a guest who wasn't a guest...sorta.
Panels. What I did, on what track, and how I got on it.
About balance. Where I talk about the struggle of wanting to be with friends during con, but also trying to grow my career.
