Goku Fusion in Heroes

Hypothetically speaking, because I only have seen a couple episodes of Heroes so far, what would happen if Goku fused with his Xeno counterpart? Would it be a permanent one or would it still be temporary since they are different people technically? And how would the power scaling be? Would it just double his power since there are two Goku's, or would it multiply exponentially since they have different forms that they are able to produce? Something I was thinking about but was not completely sure on.
