Does anyone know why they switched Future Trunks hair color? (Also current Trunks in the manga)

It's a bit confusing when I started watching the Goku Black Ark (The whole ark confusing to me, but it is an awesome villain) does anyone know why his hair color changed? They don't address it at all in fact they ignore it or just pretend his hair color was blue the entire time which is funny to me. I mean did he just grow up more and his hair turned blue?
