1/3 = 0.4, 2/3 = 0.8

1/4 = 0.3, 2/4 or 1/2 = 0.6, 3/4 = 0.9

Notice the fifths cycle through the 4 numbers just like sevenths do in base ten. The cycle starts with the smaller number (2) and ends with the bigger number (9).
