Where do CHAOS DAO hold discussions on how they intend to vote? I am specifically interested in the Open Brush referendum #138 and the reasoning behind the nay vote.

An account labelled Chaos DAO Reference Commission (which I believe represents ChaosDAO?) has voted against referendum #138 as well as a number of delegated accounts ( Leemo and Phunky, Who I believe have delegated to ChaosDAO?) This is how I drew my conclusion that ChaosDAO have voted Nay.

The discussion under the referendum on Polkassembly is sparse (>350 votes, only 6 comments), but it all seems very positive. The majority of votes (~4:1) are in favour. Open Brush appear to be working on developing WASM based smart contract infrastructure, which seems like a good initiative. I have attended some of their webinars and they seemed legitimate.

What am I missing here?
