So I’ve gotten 2 orders now for “Jewel Osco Rapid Grocery”

The instructions it gives are the same as any shop and deliver order. But then when I go to pay, my red card gets declined. I call customer service and they show that I’m at the wrong location. I’m clearly at the right location.

I can’t compete the order so I pay out of my own pocket and get reimbursed. There must be some sort of bug with the rapid grocery because it’s relatively new?

Has anyone else run into this problem? And what do you think the answer is?
