Jewel Osco Alcohol Orders

If anyone on here dashes in the IL, IN, IA areas…. When you get a jewel Osco order that only contains alcohol, are the cashiers supposed to take the tax off or not? I’ve dash at like 5-7 jewels in my area, and some don’t take the tax off for alcohol even tho the app says they should
