They say I am not eligible for top dasher

Backstory on this, my wife and I have done DoorDash for a while mostly with her account, I recently started dashing on my account again and worked my but off last month to make sure I got top dasher because it is actually beneficial where I live, and these were my stats at end of night on the 31st, I contact them today bc I still do not have top dasher yet and they tell me I am not eligible, and that I only had a 66% acceptance rating. Like wtf??!?
