How am I supposed to tell doordash that Walmart is taking forever?!

I’ve had so many issues with Walmart orders and for some reason I keep taking them and every time I come here it’s always something. Whether it’s cold chain compliance or they canceled the order without telling me, something always goes wrong. This time I get there and they told me there was a 30 minute wait because they’re behind on picking their orders. The thing that’s most insulting is I can’t see what’s on the order and if there’s frozen food then I’m most likely gonna have to bring it back at that point. But now DoorDash doesn’t give me an option to tell them why it’s taking me so long!
